If this is your first time, this page walks you through everything. You need no previous experience, and nothing to bring beyond what is listed below.

How to book

We work on prepayment: classes can only be booked with an occasion bought in advance. This is so that a place really belongs to the person who turns up.

  1. Register in the booking system.
  2. Buy a pass or a single occasion.
  3. Book a place in the class you want.

There is no payment on site, neither cash nor card, neither before nor after.

Which class should be your first

Two kinds of class run here, and either makes a good first session. You do not have to start with the reformer, and you do not have to start with the beginner class.

Reformer classes, on the machine. If the machine is entirely new, the beginner class starts from zero: you learn how it works, how to set it up and how to find your own pace. If you have used a reformer elsewhere, or you move regularly, come straight to the functional class. The beginner class is a way in, not a waiting room: there is no need to stay in it.

Studio classes, on the mat. These need no machine knowledge at all, so one of them can just as well be your first session. Barre pilates, barre flow, sculpt, mat pilates, core training, booty & core, spine training and yoga: small props and your own body weight. People who already move often start here and add the machine later.

If you are unsure, write or call us before your first booking and we will tell you which class suits you.

Studio classes need no machine experience, so you can join those at any time.

What to bring

  • Comfortable sportswear you can move freely in
  • Non slip pilates socks, if you have a pair
  • A small towel
  • Water

We provide everything else. There is a changing room and a shower, and tea, coffee and something small to eat wait for you in the changing room.

What to expect in class

We work in small groups, so the instructor can look at you during every exercise and adjust where needed. The class opens with a warm up and closes with a cool down.

If you have any complaint, injury or recent surgery, tell the instructor before the class. During pregnancy your place is in the prenatal class; please ask your doctor before you start. Before your first prenatal class, please also fill in the health questionnaire: we email you the link after you book, and you can also find it on the booking site after signing in.

If something comes up

You can cancel free of charge, but there is a deadline. You will find the exact rule in the booking rules, and you also see it when you book.

Getting up The Attila Street room is on the third floor, and there is no lift. The Maros Street room is in the courtyard, and you can reach it without stairs. If the stairs are a problem, write or call us before you book. Our contact details.
