Just starting?

Start where you are

If the reformer machine is entirely new, the beginner class walks you through the setup and the basics. If you have used a reformer elsewhere, or you move regularly, come straight to the functional class. And the studio classes need no machine knowledge at all: you can join one any time.

I was at Anna's beginner functional reformer Pilates class today and I liked it very much. Before the class Anna explained in detail how we would use the machine, and during the class she described the exercises clearly, showed whatever she could, and the mirror made them easy to follow. She is very kind, cheerful and motivating, and the class had a really good atmosphere. I am going back!

I have been going to the Zen Den Pilates studio regularly for more than a year, and I love it. It always lifts me up, every instructor is very kind and the classes are great. If you want to go somewhere really good, full of good energy, then everyone should come here. 🤗

A gift

You can give movement as a gift

If someone you know has been eyeing the reformer for a while, or could simply use a lift, you can give them movement. Choose which pass it should cover, pay by card, and you get the redemption code straight away, together with a printable voucher.

The code can be handed over, because that is the whole point of a gift; the pass it turns into is in their name.
