Reformer x Stretching is a regenerating, mobilising class that combines controlled reformer exercises with targeted stretching and release.
Conscious stretching, a lighter body
We work with slower, controlled movements that help release the tension stored in the body. The support of the reformer makes safe, gradual stretching possible, so we can work in deeper ranges without overload. The exercises improve mobility, posture and the quality of your movement, while gently engaging the stabilising muscles too. It is not a classic strength class but a conscious, freeing movement experience: after the session the body feels lighter and looser.
This class is for you if
- you sit a lot and your body feels stiff,
- you want to improve your mobility and range of motion,
- you need a regenerating class next to more intense training,
- you are looking for a calmer, relaxing form of movement.
What should you bring?
We provide all the equipment; you only need comfortable workout clothes. We recommend grippy socks, and a bottle of water and a small towel come in handy.
