Beginner Reformer Pilates
In our Beginner Reformer Pilates classes, we guide you step by step through the basic principles of Pilates and the use of the machine. The exercises are designed to gently strengthen the deep muscles, improve posture, and support the development of body awareness. The Align Pilates machine provides a safe and stable base while we teach you how to move mindfully and with control.
This class is ideal for anyone new to the Reformer, looking to strengthen their body, or wanting to build the foundation needed for more complex movements later on.

Beginner Functional Reformer Pilates helps you gradually rebuild your strength while improving posture, stability, and mobility. The Reformer provides the support you need, allowing you to perform fundamental movements and exercises safely.

The class is designed so you can confidently begin your Reformer journey — even if you’ve never tried it before.
How do I knowif this class type fits my needs?
If you’re new to the Reformer, want to build a solid foundation, or prefer a gentle, easy-to-follow class, then the beginner session is the perfect choice for you. We guide you through every movement, explain proper technique, and make sure you train safely.
It’s ideal for complete beginners, those returning after a break, and anyone who wants to learn correct form before moving on to more complex exercises.
What should I bringwhen I arrive for the class?
We provide all the equipment you need, so all you’ll need is comfortable workout clothing. For practicing on the Reformer, we recommend non-slip Pilates socks. It’s also a good idea to bring water and a small towel. We take care of everything else — and at the beginning of the class, we’ll help you get familiar with the machine, too.
