Spine training
Spine Training aims to improve joint mobility, strengthen the muscles surrounding the spine, and reduce back and lower-back pain. In this class, we work with mobilizing, stretching, and strengthening exercises that support proper posture, release tension, and help you move more easily and more flexibly in everyday life.

Spine Training is designed specifically to support the spine and promote light, pain-free movement. In this class, we use targeted mobility and stretching exercises that improve joint range of motion and help your body respond more flexibly to everyday load and stress. The posture-supporting sequences reduce back and lower-back tension and help prevent future spinal issues.
We place special focus on strengthening the muscles that stabilize the spine, as these provide the body’s support and safety during movement. Throughout the session, accumulated muscular tension is released, movement quality improves, and the body becomes more resilient. The class ends with guided stretching and relaxation, allowing both body and mind to renew — leaving you lighter and more at ease at the end of the day.

Spine Training is a gentle yet effective class where we use mobilizing, stretching, and strengthening exercises to support the spine and the surrounding muscles. The session is structured to improve your range of motion, strengthen the stabilizing muscles, and reduce everyday tension and discomfort.
How do I knowif this class type fits my needs?
If you often experience back or lower-back pain, work a desk job, or want to move more easily and mindfully, this class is made for you. We support you in every movement, guide your technique, and structure the session so it’s completely safe even for total beginners.
It’s also an ideal choice if you’re thinking in terms of prevention and want to reduce the load on your spine.
What should I bringwhen I arrive for the class?
We provide all the equipment you need, so all you’ll need is comfortable workout clothing. For stable practice, we recommend non-slip Pilates socks. Water and a small towel are helpful — we take care of everything else.
