A shaping exercise with small equipment on the Zen Den studio class

Sculpt Pilates is a dynamic, shaping workout where the principles of Pilates are complemented with small equipment and more intense sequences.

Active strength, visible shaping

We work with controlled, continuously flowing movements, higher repetitions and shorter rests. We use light hand weights, resistance bands and other small equipment to increase muscle activation and reach the deeper layers too. The main focus is on the core, the glutes, the thighs and the arms. The class is intense but joint friendly throughout: it gives challenge and safety at once, and by the end you feel not only stronger but more energised.

This class is for you if

  • you are looking for a livelier, more shaping class than classic Pilates,
  • you want a firmer, more toned body,
  • you want to improve your endurance,
  • you like a controlled but upbeat training experience.

What should you bring?

We provide all the equipment; you only need comfortable workout clothes. We recommend grippy socks, and a bottle of water and a small towel come in handy.

Common questions about this class
