How booking and buying a pass works

A Zen Den tote bag among plants

You book every Zen Den class, reformer and studio alike, through our booking system, right here on the website. In one place you can:

  • create your own account,
  • buy your pass,
  • book a place in a class.

It is quick, clear and secure. There is no password to remember, and payment is online, by bank card or SZÉP card.

1. Register

If this is your first time with us, start by creating an account.

  • Open the My account page (it is in the header too)
  • Choose the Register tab
  • Enter your full name, your e-mail address and your date of birth
  • Click Register; by registering you accept our privacy notice

We then send a sign-in link to the e-mail address you gave. Click it and you are in.

2. Sign in

If you already have an account, enter your e-mail address on the Sign in tab of the My account page and click Continue. We e-mail you a sign-in link that is valid for half an hour: click it in the e-mail and you are in.

A password is optional. If you would rather not open an e-mail every time, you can set a password in your account once you are signed in. The e-mail link always works as well.

3. Buy your pass

To book any of our classes you need a valid, active pass.

  • Open the Prices page and sign in
  • Choose your pass
  • On the pass, choose how you pay: by bank card or with a SZÉP card
  • Tick the statements asked for, and pay on the secure online payment page (for a SZÉP card, on the OTP page)

Once the system confirms your purchase, your pass appears in your account automatically and you can book a place. If you still have a valid unlimited pass of the same kind, the new one starts the day after the old one expires. If the purchase is still being processed and the pass does not appear, call us and we will sort it out.

You get an instant confirmation of your booking by email. Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the class starts.

4. Book a class

  • open the Timetable,
  • choose the class,
  • reserve your place,
  • and you are done.
