What class types do we offer at Zen Den?

At Zen Den, alongside our Reformer classes types, you’ll also find a separate small-group Studio class types system. These classes are built on mindful movement, body awareness, and full-body development — whether your goal is strength, mobility, or stress relief.


Functional Reformer Pilates
