Postnatal Reformer Pilates
Postnatal Reformer Pilates is a safe, gradually structured movement method designed to support recovery after childbirth. The exercises focus on reactivating the body, strengthening the deep core muscles, pelvic floor, and postural muscles, while gently guiding the body back to stability and strength.
The reformer machine allows for controlled, adjustable resistance, making the movements both safe and effective. Special attention is given to rebuilding core stability, improving posture, and counterbalancing everyday strain such as lifting and carrying your baby.
Precise movements,safe rebuilding, conscious strength.
Postnatal Reformer Pilates is performed at a slower, controlled pace to allow the body to regain strength without overload. The focus is on deep muscle activation, restoring stability, and relearning proper movement patterns.
The class can help reduce back and lower back discomfort, improve posture, and support the recovery of the abdominal wall and pelvic floor. The movements are gentle yet effective, making it ideal for returning to exercise after childbirth.

Postnatal Reformer Pilates is a progressively built class where the main goal is to restore a strong foundation. The exercises are based on breathing, core control, and pelvic stability, while gently strengthening the entire body.
This is not a high-intensity or “burning” workout, but a mindful rebuilding process. The support of the reformer helps ensure proper execution, keeping the movements safe while gradually restoring strength and stability. The aim is to make everyday movements easier and help the body function better again.
