Functional Circuit Training
Circuit Training is an intense, full-body workout that develops strength, endurance, and dynamism all at once. The combination of functional and bodyweight exercises keeps your heart rate elevated, resulting in effective fat burning, increased strength, and noticeable progress. This class supports everyday movement, improves coordination, and reduces the risk of injury.
Strength, momentum, focusA class that wakes up every muscle.
The goal of Circuit Training is to move the entire body while simultaneously developing strength, endurance, and dynamic movement. The varied, well-structured exercises engage every major muscle group, shaping the body and increasing overall performance.
The combination of functional equipment and bodyweight exercises helps you become more stable, faster, and more explosive, while maintaining an elevated heart rate throughout the session. This approach supports fat burning, improves endurance, and enhances concentration.
During the class, we gradually build the intensity so your body becomes more coordinated, flexible, and strong. The session ends with stretching and cool-down work to relax the muscles, restore balance, and leave you recharged — both physically and mentally.
