Reformer x Stretching

Reformer X Stretching is a restorative, mobility-focused class that combines controlled movements on the reformer with targeted stretching and release techniques. The goal is to reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and rebalance the body, while gently activating the stabilizing muscles.
The reformer provides support for safe, gradual stretching, allowing you to work into deeper ranges without overloading the body. The class helps decrease stiffness, improve range of motion, and support recovery.

Conscious stretching,freer movement, lighter body.

Reformer X Stretching uses slower, controlled movements to release accumulated tension in the body. The exercises improve mobility, posture, and overall movement quality, while gently strengthening the stabilizing muscles.
This class is an ideal complement to more intensive workouts, but also works perfectly as a standalone session if your goal is relaxation, recovery, and easier, more fluid movement.
