Candlelight Yoga is a slow, calming class where we practice deep stretches and gentle mobility exercises in soft, warm lighting. The goal of the session is to release tension, relax the body, and create a sense of inner arrival and grounding.
How do I knowif this class type fits my needs?
We provide all the equipment you need, so you’ll only need comfortable clothing and possibly a bottle of water. If you have your own yoga mat, you’re welcome to bring it, but we also provide mats at the studio. At the beginning of the class, we help you settle in comfortably and prepare for the practice.
What should I bringwhen I arrive for the class?
We provide all the equipment you need, so all you’ll need is comfortable workout clothing. For stable practice, we recommend non-slip Pilates socks. Water and a small towel are helpful — we take care of everything else.
